Purchases made through Kate Stafford imply agreement of our terms and conditions as stated below.
PAYMENT
We accept payment through our website. A $100 deposit is required for all wedding invitations. The deposit applies to your final order and cannot be refunded. Full payment is due after the final proof has been approved in order to move your order to print and production. A custom listing will be created for you to complete your payment.
**Texas residents will be charged state sales tax of 8.25%
SHIPPING
All custom orders ship USPS Priority Mail with insurance + tracking. As we cannot guarantee the shipping time please allow for ample time when placing your order.
ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER | Utmost care is put into producing and packing your order. On the rare time there is an issue with your order you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final due to the custom nature of each piece.
TYPOS | Kate Stafford is not responsible for typos or graphical errors that were approved during the proofing process. Pay careful attention to grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Reprints are available for a discounted rate.
COLOR | All computer monitors are different therefore we do not consider returns based on color. We do our very best to print colors as close to our color guide as possible, but slight variations are known to happen.
CANCELLATIONS | If you wish to cancel your order after the proofing process, the deposit is non-refundable. This is in place because of the time spent on customizing your design.
**Once the production process has started, you cannot cancel your order.
aDDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQS
PROOFING PROCESS | 3 digital proofs are included in your order. Once you submit your wording, we will begin on the initial proof. You may request changes 2 additional times. Each proof after the first 3 is an additional $25. Pay close attention to spelling, grammar, punctuation, and content.
WHAT'S INCLUDED | Changing the wording to your personalized event and color changes (any color from our color guide, some designs will only allow for certain colors). Custom illustrations if applicable.
***Please allow ample time for your order. We can give you an expected timeline on when you will receive your finished order, but cannot guarantee this as it depends on the client’s response and approval to proofing.
